Subject: Entry Screening Protocol for COVID-19
Hello,
Please be advised that due to Provincial regulations every worker entering the work site will need to undergo mandatory screening for COVID-19. We have a robust COVID-19 screening protocol already in place. However, due to the ongoing lockdown and record number of new daily cases of COVID-19, we will be rigorously screening all entrants and visitors to the Jobsite. Kindly inform all your workers, foremen and all other personnel to complete the questionnaire and the screening process prior to entering the worksite.
IN8 Construction Management Inc. and Spectra Contracting Ltd. can restrict workers from entering the job site if we notice that a worker is displaying symptoms of COVID-19 or is suspected to be exposed to COVID-19. We reserve the right to remove any worker, foreman or personnel that is attempting to bypass our screening protocol.
Above all, I would like to request all individuals who are displaying symptoms or have a feeling they have been exposed to COVID-19 to stay home for 14 days and only return if they have been completely symptom-free for 24 hours. This would be a huge step in curbing the spread of COVID-19 at our workplace. We are taking all the necessary steps to protect the health and safety of our site personnel, foremen, management and families. We are looking forward to your support in this effort.
