Provincial shutdown and COVID-19 safety update
The Provincial Government of Ontario has put in place a provincewide emergency brake is in effect as of Saturday, April 3, at 12:01 AM. Our construction sites have been deemed essential and we are allowed to continue our operations at normal capacity. However, the ability of continuing to operate will result in increased scrutiny and enforcement from the Ministry of Labour, The Local and Provincial Police services and Local By-law enforcement divisions.
We will continue to have regular COVID-19 policies in effect and face masks will be required to be worn in all areas of the construction site. The social / physical distancing requirements are still in place and all workers are required to maintain a distance of 6 ft. (2m) from each other. More information about the update can be found here: https://www.ontario.ca/page/enhancing-public-health-and-workplace-safety-measures-provincewide-shutdown
For the health and safety of our workers and all personnel present at our site we will be strictly enforcing our update policies. We are making all efforts to stay on top of Government issued regulations of masks, social / physical distancing, hand hygiene and increased sanitization efforts of the common areas. Our updated policy is attached to this safety bulletin updated and any questions and concerns can be addressed to: email@example.com.
In these difficult times, we are hoping for support and co-operation from all our trade partners, workers, management, consultants and all other stakeholders. The health and safety of our community and stakeholders will be our number 1 priority.
